Fallon Fox is a retired professional trans Mixed Martial Arts Fighter. She began training in 2007 and has a record of 5-1-0. In addition, Fallon is an activist for trans rights. She was inducted into the Gay and Lesbian Sports Hall of Fame in 2014.
